Chest Medicine

It is on the third floor with many respiratory therapists working in three shifts.They are responsible for the use of ventilators, chest physical therapy, oxygen therapy and medicinal inhalation therapy for patients with respiratory failure at ICUs and general wards. The therapists also teach respiratory exercise training prior to chest operations for outpatients and regular hospitalized patients.They are experts of chest care, position drainage and use of medication through airway, i.e., inhalation therapy.
